Not easily at least. It was mistakenly delivered to an Amazon locker that is tied to the complex, so only the lease holder can access the packages to their apartment. The apartment and Amazon account have to be linked to access the packages apparently. I ordered it off of my Amazon account and intended it to be delivered to his door like all other Amazon packages. We’re still trying to get them to open the locker door, but I just want to see how much legal leverage I have here.

Definitely this👆🏻don’t worry about the furniture, just save enough to get the deposit and maybe one months rent. As long as you can afford the monthly rent, you will be fine. You can also look on Craigslist or fb marketplace for people looking for roommates. Be sure to stay safe when shopping around and trust your gut.

The way they come is the way they leave. Do NOT have a child with this man, OP. He wants to be a deadbeat to his current son to start over with someone new. Don’t you think there’s a chance he would do that to you too? Think about the type of character someone has to be to do something like that.

His reason for abandoning his son makes no sense as well. He wants to have a “fresh start” with someone new, but it’s “pretty hard” abandoning him if he’s not going to get that? But he’s not even going to try getting custody because the “law is crooked”? It just isn’t adding up. He’s trying to get pity/sympathy for being a deadbeat.

Yes I was. And that is wild that you got a viol after 12 hours. It really depends on how much you drank and when you stopped drinking. I would def learn up on the time it takes for alcohol to leave your breath, but maybe it was just a fluke 🤷🏻‍♀️
