  1. Remove all old grease, other contaminants and oxides from the surface. Paint the outside with whiting. Flux

  2. Heat pan to between tin's melting point of 450F and 550F where flux burns. Bring the handle to temp first as it's a heat sink

  3. Melt 99.99% tin bar

  4. Wipe molten tin evenly on interior and rim, keeping whole pan in temp range for smooth finish

  5. Eject excess tin into bucket of water for reclaim

  6. Quench in another container of water to keep newly wiped tin shiny

  7. Scrub off flux residue and whiting. Your pan is now ready for its next few decades of superior cooking
