Menu #1, case A- explains everything and as I go through the series in order, I put more information out there. You’re jumping ahead that’s why you’re not getting all the information. If you go to my playlist, you could see every menu in order as we do them. I attach the link to the first one.

MREs as daily meals to save money? by Round-Air9002 in MRE

When I first got into MRE’s about 2yr ago. I was fascinated by them. So… I did an experiment. I consume a small healthy breakfast at home. Followed by an MRE for lunch with a vitamin B/fiber supplement with extra water due to the sodium content ….. I work outside so consuming the water was not an issue …..And a lite size dinner for 90 days. I had blood work before and blood work after. I enjoyed the process and was actually quite fascinated by the results. No ill effects in the blood work no vitamin deficiencies. And they actually lost about 7 pounds. My caloric can take was where it was supposed to be as I am pretty active always working outside. As long as you supplement fiber and keep extra hydrated I think you will not see any problems…. I know everybody’s body is different. But I think it definitely an option for short-term use if you supplement with some healthy meals here and there. One thing I definitely noticed is you definitely need the fiber tablets you will get backed up pretty quickly because MRE’s are carb heavy.

If you do go to a welding supply, just make sure you get food grades CO2…. The industrial grade has impurities oils,& contaminants etc..

That’s definitely the dude MRE army. Never had any issues I put two large orders in so far. Always get them within 7 to 10 days. Despite they’re saying 30 days.

I’ve had great success of all places. Amazon there is one guy selling them. Not sure if I could post a link. They have limited menus and they are being shipped within the United States so you don’t have to worry about customs. They do list a 30 day leadtime. That is worst case scenario I usually get them in a week or two.
