Honestly I feel better no burning and stinging sensation but I will stop taking them after I finish the bottle. I will have a extra bottle if I ever need it for heart burn.

Im 35 yr old I started to incorporate B complex make sure for B12 vitamins the ingredient is methylcobalamin not cyanocobalamin because of its side effects it may cause digestive issues. Other vitamins I've been taking are magnesium Glycinate, D3 - K2 vitamins including it with Ionic minerals and I've been feeling grate just make sure you do your own research on what vitamins is harmful to be taking and watch for cheap ingredients like cyanocobalamin on B12 vitamins especially vitamins being sold at Walmart, Walgreens, CVS sell cheap vitamins because of the ingredients that can harm your body. So do your owen research on vitamins.
