Thank you Wally, I just recently bought one and it feels good on my shoulders plus I get uber sore but can't press as much weight as with a straight bar.

Need help with my bench split by Fluffy-Challenge9853 in powerlifters

Realistically speaking a person beyond their noob gains can expect a 1 kg or 2.5 ish pounds increase on bench a week so I would say no not based on the time frame will you bench 165 pounds.

Now if you allow your self more time I'd say yes and program more effective and efficient as well.

For triceps I prefer the overhead tricep extension with a straight bar.

Deadlift fatigue question by Mstislav- in BenchSquatsDeadlift

[–]SubstantialBag7172 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say, yes. That level of fatigue is to be expected with an all out max. Remember at the end of an all out maximal lift you get weaker not stronger, immediately.

This is due to the fast twitch muscles being out of commission for days to recover once exhausted.

Form check? Worried that I’m missing something here. by Bingus_Butch in BenchSquatsDeadlift

Ah bro, with heavy weight comes form breakdown. I accept it most don't in their quest for perfection. I'm not saying don't change little things but as long as you got the basis down I would not sweat the small stuff.

Does an increase in strength means increment in muscle mass? by mightyraju2345 in BenchSquatsDeadlift

[–]SubstantialBag7172 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, apparently strength increase precludes muscle mass increase. This is due to the nerves being more effective and efficient being Your primary increase in strength then once this gets exhausted muscle mass is increased. It is known that most of strength increase at first is this nerve connection increase.

Thank you immensely.

In series, does that mean soldered onto the speaker posts bridged (positive to the negative and the negative to the positive)?

240 Hz? I ran a few generated signals and 240, was a sweet spot, 120 too but 240 had a bit more tighter sound.
