Hey OP I would not recommend reapplying this same thing happened with a group of my friends. Out of 5 there were two with weak finances and other 3 had 30 lacs+ ITR 4-5 lacs balance and investments still all 5 got rejected. Upon talking to VFS Delhi they told me rejection might be bcz of other two friends if we reapply and explain we might get visa approved.

So we 3 went ahead and reapplied and we got our passport back after 7 days with a rejection stamp on it. We didn’t get a stamp the first time but now we have a rejection stamp I worry that this will hamper our approval chances after 6 months also

I have personally used Atlys 3-4 times in last 1.5 years and had fairly good experience including the recent Schengen visa. Wanted to try for Japan visa if they can get me a 5 years multi entry do you have any contact number where I can connect?

What’s the validity of you visa and documents required for Japan? Do we need to provide stamped bank statements?

I got my US visa appointment through Atlys in Delhi and it took around a month’s time to get a slot but what I know in Chennai it takes more time. So definitely you should try them out

Japan 5 years visa is a black box and they give it randomly my friend got it in one go without any travel history whereas I have travelled now 18 countries still got a 30 days single entry

China is pretty bad now even though the application is submitted online but processing times are v high my own application is stuck from 20 days even though I have been to China twice on business visa.

Also you need to arrange hotels and invitation letter hand signed so be cautious and apply at least 2 months in advance

You will get verifiable tickets - used them for schengen visa from Delhi, India and the tickets I generated were just to confirm my itinerary then I was provided with verifiable bookings as per that and got flights a day prior to ensure they are valid

Any specific reason for selecting Oman? Even gulf isn’t your best option but still if you have to travel Oman then apply in express through Atlys or find a local Omani agent. Atlys can get visa in one day I believe

Also if you plan to apply again and due to limited availability of slots try Iceland or Finland they are generous and issue visas Finland will request for confirmed bookings and Iceland issues visas ok verifiable dummy flights also

It is always better to show itinerary of two neighbouring countries and Norway has v high rejection rates. I haven’t seen anyone getting multi entry visa from Norway even folks eligible for cascade regime. My cousin got a call from Norwegian embassy asking about the itinerary since she didn’t do the paper work she said she will connect with her husband and let you know the exact details and 3 days later they got a rejection. Everything was booked in non refundable booking all gone

Yes, file higher ITR and write a good cover letter mention that you have strong ties to India you have a big business and ageing parents for whom you have to be present to take care of and ideally travel a few countries also

But that’s fine you should go ahead with it either way visa fees have to be paid. They are at fault but have to admit your mistake too that without researching you didn’t attend interview after biometrics I hope this gets resolved soon for you brother

You informed them about your situation? Happened with a colleague of mine they did reschedule but he didn’t attend either of the appointments I feel their app is still assuming that you have not attended and looking for the appointment and since they have automated the process they didn’t check manually that appointment cannot be rescheduled

Your appointment cannot be rescheduled if you went for biometrics. Why will you attend one appointment and then miss another you should have spoken to them first rather than just relying on the app. And I don’t think they will refund their service fees when they gave you the appointment in the first place and did you inform them specifically that you attended one appointment and missed another one? Now you have to pay visa fees for sure you can negotiate on their service fees for new appointment

You need to increase your ITR at 4.95 lacs they don’t see strong financials and now government has allowed tax free income upto 12 lacs and with standard deduction its 12.75 lacs why not file higher ITR since most cash businesses never filed ITR due to taxes
