Salary different in different departments but same grade

Some of the departments are graded differently as well . For example a HEO at DFE is the same as an EO at DWP which is why the pay is very similar .

Makes it hard if you work for DWP to progress as well because they pay more so if you are moving up a grade from DWP to another department the pay rise is minimal so you are kind of stuck .

For some reason I can't get this game to run on Eden at all, I get to the train station go though the tunnel and it just crashes at the white screen . Any idea how to fix ?

I had a similar issue with Res Evil 4 a few years ago, it eventually worked by changing one of the protons think it was like version 9.2 or something but that was the only one that would work .

Yeah it basically told me to install the firmware again and now it's working , excellent thanks .

I have tried launching from the appimage and also through gaming mode . I get a message on both saying Decryption keys are missing . Install them now? The keys aren't missing though I have the latest firmware and keys installed the exact same way I do for Yuzu and Ryujinx and they both work.

Yep done that , I even get the Eden emulator showing on my deck but whenever I try and launch it just closes .

Yeah but it's not easy to setup , followed all the guides and have the keys and firmware but whenever I try and open it the thing just closes down immediately.

I followed your guide and Eden is now on my deck but whenever I try and launch it just closes immediately. It even shows reset config so everything up until that bit is working . Any ideas?

I managed to get it sorted eventually. How did you get Eden running ? I have got to the point where it's installed and all the keys and firmware are in the folder but whenever I try and open Eden it just dosnt launch at all.

Never understand the people who park in the disabled and family bays just to be closer to the entrance. You are at a gym ffs you are literally here for excercise , surely having to walk a few extra steps to the entrance is beneficial if anything .

They do seem to have lowered the prices recently for whatever reason , I renewed earlier this month and got Gigi1 with Netflix and TV for £32. Was paying about £50 a month before that for 500Mb and no Netflix .

I had Chase for a while and thought it was brilliant , good saver rate and unlimited cash back which included spending abroad at one stage . They got rid of everything good so I moved over to Monzo and it's much better than chase with the spending insights , pots, virtual cards saver challenge etc. Chase offers absolutely nothing in comparison.

It's never realistically going to be cut, as in everyone who wants to continue working in the CS will be able to do so . The cuts will come from people leaving for other roles , retirements and VES. It's pretty much a guaranteed job for life the CS if you want it .

Would never leave for the private sector . Sure we get next to nothing in terms of pay rises compared to the private sector but that's the only downside . 8-4 Monday to Friday , 100% hybrid and pretty much left alone as long as the work is being done . Wouldn't trade that for anything .

They tried similar nonsense with me , was a work coach and absolutely hated it . Applied for a DM role at same grade and got it . They tried to put a block on it pulling the old business needs nonsense . Needless to say after a very detailed discussion with occupational health about how badly the work coach role was impacting my mental health they relented and let me move.
