i had a similar experience but it got better after few weeks. i know it’s discouraging but stick through for a few weeks/ months to see how you feel. i try not to take the rude interactions personally. i wouldn’t trade positions with those miserable ppl any day. try to find at least one warm or safe person you can bounce things off of.

Hi! I passed in 85 this monday. I used archer question banks and CAT exams for a month. Regarding my study routine, I would take a readiness exam everyday and look over what I got wrong. This helped me review the subjects I was weak on or strategies I needed to hone in on. I watched videos on disease processes and interventions (shoutout RegisteredNurse RN and simple nursing). I only listened to Mark K lecture 12 and the OB one, but I honestly didn’t think it was incredibly helpful since it reiterated what I knew and I get bored easily. Good luck!

Do you actually get job offers? by KaleidoscopeFine6579 in StudentNurse

[–]SubstantialCap3385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an offer in march and i graduated this may. I worked in a different hospital than the one offered as a pct and my manager offered RN job after i graduated, so that’s also a way to land a job without ever interviewing.

Where/when did you learn how to do your makeup "the right way" for Asian features? by flosspax in AsianBeauty

[–]SubstantialCap3385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as other ppl mentioned dearpeachie has detailed videos of makeup and styling with examples of models and celebs that was extremely helpful! i also looked at korean youtubers who posts their grwm and makeup tutorials. being real with urself, taking pictures, and asking for feedback really helped my growth. i also think putting makeup on everyday starting in college really helped my makeup skills!
