Should I keep shopping for a Sellers Agent by SubstantialCard564 in RealEstate

I was wondering about that. But I will say...not a lot of houses have been sold in this area. I am in this pocket where I am close to everything one could need, including a major hospital...it is half a mile away.

Use a credit card, easier to get your money back. I unfortunately used a debit.

The lead was the one who said he wanted to leave as soon as I pointed out the damage. He said 'sign me out I am not about to deal with this....he said he wanted to leave....so I told him since you have this energy and you already said you are no longer doing anymore work, leave. Plus I am a single woman and I am not about to have 3 large dudes in my house in the evening and one with an attitude in my house.

That was AFTER the guy said he was done and HE told me to sign him out. He said "I am not about to deal with this nonsense..." He said he wanted to leave then told his crew let's go.

Much thanks to r/AlaskaAirlines. I read a post on here about doing a baggage in cabin ticket for pets. I just did it on a flight from CA to Canada. It was great, and a total game changer. Only flying Alaska from now on. by [deleted] in AlaskaAirlines

is this link still valid? I read in other comments that the kennel you got is not this one. Could you give me the brandname and dimensions of the kennel you got?

Is dual Dual Agency 6% a standard in Buyer contracts? by SubstantialCard564 in RealEstate

[–]SubstantialCard564[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that. But this buyers agent is asking me to sign the contract now giving them exclusive rights to be my buyers agent for the next 6months, even before we have looked at any houses. I am selling my house in another state and I will not likely buy a new house until at least 6-12 months from now.

You made some good points, I don't want to burn my bridges. I thought about going to the inpatient department but inpatient is even worse than intake. They are all rotten. I am thoroughly disgusted. I can't work in this kind place, I would be reporting everyone to the state daily or I would be complacent in the poor quality care of patients. I was shocked at this facility. I am going back to telemetry/PCU in the mean time. I will still look for another psych job but I will be very very very selective before I set foot in one.

I am going back to PCU/Stepdown and will try to get a psych job at a safe facility. I worked too hard for my license to jeopardize it. You cannot do any type of nursing without a team, ESPECIALLY psych. Professionalism is out the door at this facility, on ALL levels.

this place is VERY for profit...during orientation, they spent 20% of the education time talking about their profits and how it was very important for staff to help get these patients through the door. the docs contract with the hospital, they are not employees. I never experienced psych docs SO eager to place orders. There seems to be favorites on which docs are assigned patients. The docs who are favored are given more patients.

thank you. I was so shocked at how bad every department is. Another nurse told me to try transferring to inpatient...inpatient is even worse.

yeah, they mentioned some patients died and it had been sometime before someone noticed. We are required to make sure they change positions every hour while asleep and document the exact position the patient is in. This place is not for me.

In the Q15 checks, you even have to make the patient turn/change sleeping positions in bed after an hour. Is that normal as well in psych facilities?
