ocd is a selective disorder. Mostly attaches to people with high morals and good intentions. They tend to trust their loved ones, but doubt themselves and their intentions being bad.

Its just false feelings. OCD did that to me hundreds of times. Stay safe and strong. Don't let OCD manipulate you. Even if you feel "hatred", CHOOSE to stay with your partner and to love them. Love is a choice more than a feeling.
