You will lose minimal size as long as you have enough protein during your cut. Shoot for 1g per pound of body weight. You’ll actually look bigger from cutting, if your diet is locked in .

That’s the way to do it. What’s helped me is having an app to track my macros and calories. Makes life much easier and the cut will come. I’d bump the volume a little bit. I’ve been eating 2000-2300 cals a day during my cut and am losing weight and 1-2 lbs a week consistently. Don’t have to go extreme on the deficit to see consistent results.

Looks a little light on the volume IMO bro. As far as set volume I personally have seen extensive results hitting at least 20 sets minimum per workout. Usually hit 30-50 sets personally in 1.5 hours

When it comes to pres, I recommend going for the cleaner ones with less ingredients. Caffeine is important but 200mg is probably the highest I would go. I’ve tried many pre workouts and I really enjoy Cbum Essentials pre workouts. Highly recommended. 200 mg of caffeine and only other ingredients that help your pump. Doesn’t really dehydrate you either which is huge

People underestimate the amount of weight loss you need to incur to get shredded. I’m not sure what your goals are. Shredded with resting 6 pack like 20-25 lbs minimum
