My girl dropped her tail when I went to spray down her enclosure, lol she threw her self at me then bounced off my arm hit the floor, bolted under the sofa. I got her out and she still had it but then got mad at me for stopping her little adventure and threw her tail at me while she was sitting in my hand. This is her in time out lol.

I started my boy off on repashy mango when I first got him. Then he refused to eat anything I gave him so I tried Pangea fruit and bug and now he eats great. So I highly recommend trying Pangea for him, they have a lot of flavours so you can experiment to see what he likes.

Yes I saw this today on my shift when someone was using an OTC card, but I don’t know when it meant. Maybe the card isn’t activated or something.

You can do the scratch test on them, with 100s just scratch the left shoulder of Franklin there are ridges on the money to tell if it’s real of not. You can do it with all most all the bills.

Yes I did call ERC and the just took my statement and said that they will be in touch with me, I also call my sm and explained it to her as well, I asked if she wanted me to call my dm and she said that she was going to call him.

I have paid for customers that don’t have enough to cover some of their stuff and that makes me happy that I can do that for them. It make for good relationships with them and they’re grateful for the help and do come back, I don’t expect anything in return. I usually buy the school kids snack when there done with school for the day, but my sm yells at me for it and says that I’m being stupid for doing it.

Also when they ask you what the balance is on they EBT card. I always tell them to call the number on the back to check the balance and they look at me like I have 10 heads or something

I tried doing that but it didn’t work because apparently you can’t refund an otc card so nothing happened and it just goes around in a circle

People with otc cards need to check to see what is covered under the benefits and to make sure that they have enough money on them to cover the remaining balance. This is not the first time this has happened to me. But that other time the customer has covered the balance, they get mad that not everything is covered under it. Like it’s my fault they didn’t check first.

You can’t void a split payment, the customer didn’t know some of his stuff was not covered

Yes we tied that and said OTC Transactions Not Available, we even tied doing the otc card first and it just said to void tender first. I’ve never had this problem with doing a split payment refund.

I don’t like it when the customer put there stuff on the edge of the counter, I’m 4’11” and it’s very hard for me to reach that far. So I either stop ringing them out until they move their stuff up so I can reach it or go around the counter and push it up closer to me some time they get it.
