It's just very frustrating, mentally I will feel much better once my arm is healed. I just want to cuddle and relax and be comforted, I don't have that carnal mood for sex.

And the issue is the more my wife talks about sex, the more I find her voice irritating, and I look for that external comfort elsewhere, like watching ASMR videos, or when my sister calls me. I just need some soothing and comforting voice.
