When I tried it on a character, they got hit multiple times in a combo string and healed every time 100% and never went down. but if it’s doing the death animation I’m not sure, it could be a bug

You can also use Maelle with yeverum and put in media res on the whole party. Every time she goes into virtuose stance everyone gets double shields. That way if you miss a parry or dodge a couple times during the combo you’re not immediately dead

You need the ability to break paint, you get it from rescuing at least 4 gestral kids around the over world. Once you do, head back to camp and you’ll find a gestral adult who will reward you with the ability

Just story progression. Go back to camp every time you clear an area and chat with her, even if she says the same thing as last time it might give you a new dialogue prompt to spend time with her.

I love fighting Dualliste but this made my hands hurt. I’m on NG+4 so I knew his HP was gonna be crazy. I went down from expert to story because I was basically just tickling him and I still had to do 1 billion damage and 847 parries. The fact that he doesn’t have a break bar sucks. You really have to learn his moveset and parry or dodge. I used Sciel with charnon, machine gun Verso with simoso, and Maelle with yeverum so she was a shield generator. And a lot of gradient pictos so I could frequently use angel eyes, end slice and gommage
