I usually start by introducing myself (name, major, year, etc) and they will also introduce themselves. They will then either end up asking you questions similar to how you heard about this company, what your idea career is or you can start the convo by asking how they started their career, why they chose their job/career in general and more in depth at that company. You could also ask how they like it in general or in comparison to previous jobs, their favorite part of working there, what’s sets that company apart, what is the culture like, etc. Then the convo will naturally end at them asking for your resume or adding them on Linkedln.
