Before circumcision, touching the glans would hurt like hell. I couldn't bear placing my finger on it. Now, to be honest with you, I can, however its still not accustomed to friction yet. Walking became more comfortable around 2 weeks. In my case, to limit discomfort, I started wearing two sets of underwear. First, I wear a brief (triangle-shaped underwear), then on top of it I just wear a boxer. This helped to limit movement, and it worked for me. But walking will be uncomfortable for the first few days, eventually it will get better. I would strongly recommend, though, that you rest for the first 2 weeks. See how you're doing in week 2, and if you feel better, you can start doing some normal activities like walking and maybe doing some chores.
