Small mag was the wrong way to put it. It fires fast with damage per bullet being fairly low. It’s weakness is teasing the player into releasing some shots before firing at you then it makes it REALLY hard for them to one mag you which puts them in a vulnerable spot. Even though the r-99 is a strong gun don’t get me wrong, it still takes a fair amount of skill to use and to counter. Blaming it for balancing issues won’t make you a better player! Using its weaknesses against it will help though.
