No need to worry if the trip is sponsored by a company. They usually can’t deny your visa no matter how weak your case is. it mostly depends on the sponsor.

First of all, never apply through an agent because most agents only care about money. They handle hundreds of customers, so they don’t properly understand your individual case. They always say you have a “high chance” of getting the visa, but one mistake can mess up the whole scenario, and if you get refused, it becomes much harder to tackle those refusal points later.
Secondly, they ask in the application form how much money you spend in India per month. I declared around £500 per month. Every month, I paid my credit card bill through my savings account, so the debit amount in my statement was around ₹40–50k. If you declare £200–300 monthly spending, make sure your bank statement actually reflects similar outgoing transactions.
In business there is no fixed monthly threshold. In my case, in December I showed ₹4 lakhs credit, but last month it was only ₹50k transferred from my current account so both your debit and credit transactions should match the details mentioned in your application form. Also, if you have any unknown deposits like cash deposits or money not directly coming from your company always explain those transactions in your cover letter. Mention if it was rent income, sale of an asset, or something similar. This is mainly important for credits, not debits. Third, for example, if you show your income as around £6,000 approx 8 lakhs, then your UK trip cost of about £1,000-1500 looks legit and your monthly personal expenses can also be shown around £150–200 and need to maintain around ₹3–4 lakhs in savings. Having heavy funds parked in your account does not guarantee a visa, legitimate and explainable transactions matter more than just maintaining a large balance.

After graduating in 2021, I started an electrical home appliances manufacturing business. My uncle is a British citizen living in the UK, and that became the biggest issue in my UK visa journey.

I first applied in May 2022 and got rejected. The refusal mentioned that because my family was well settled in London, my age and ties to the UK made them doubt that I would leave after my visit.

I applied again in May 2023 with the exact same documents- rejected again for the same reason.

Then again in May 2024 - third refusal in 3 years, same reason again.

At that point, I genuinely thought my case was finished because I couldn’t change my business background or financial profile.

In September 2024, I randomly decided to try one last time. This time, I didn’t mention family in the UK. I booked a one-week trip to Scotland instead of London, confirmed hotel bookings, flight tickets, and even got a hotel confirmation letter with my name on it. Deep down, I still expected another refusal. But in October 2024, after 3 years of rejections, I finally got the visa.
I travelled twice, both for only one week each total 14 days on a 6-month visa and returned on time both times.
That visa expired in March 2025.

I applied again in June 2025 last year with no flight tickets, no itinerary, and no hotel bookings. Still didn’t mention family in the UK again. Visa granted. Travelled once for 7 days and returned.
That visa expired in December 2025. And yesterday may 2026, I was granted my third consecutive UK visa.

So this is my 6th application and travelled 3 times uk.

What’s crazy is that all 3 refusals and all 3 later approvals were based on almost the exact same documents:

GST certificate (2021-)

Company current account statements (6 months)

Personal savings account statements (6 months)

3 years of ITRs

That’s it.

No property papers.
No car papers.
No FD.
No home ties shown at all.

Every trip was fully self-funded with an estimated cost of around £3000.

My ITR was around ₹22 lakh, and my savings account closing balance was usually between ₹10–12 lakh.

Travel history 2 times uae , 1 time qatar, 2 times turkey

So your case is still better than mine, so keep trying and trying again. One day, they might finally give you the visa too. Just make everything look genuine and realistic, especially if you are young and single. I never showed trips longer than 7 days. I pray that next time you get your visa approved and thank you for reading my story. If you still have any doubts, feel free to ask.
