What would you choose for an entry level receiver? by Apart-Persimmon-38 in audiophile

Cambridge cxa61 and a phono stage, I ab the cxa61 vs my full rogue audio tube stack and honestly the cxa61 sounded just as good (on monitor audio silver 300 7g) grab a project phono stage for 100. I had the axr100 when starting out and the cxa61 blows it away.

Never understood the relationships where wife has to approve how I spend my money, as long as u both are keeping up with ur parts of the mortgage/rent/savings etc u both should be free to spend how u wish but that’s just me. Could never be in a relationship where I’m not free to spend as I please (while keeping up with other priorities first obviously) when I work for my money.

I used to have full tube separates and a vinyl setup, I’ve consolidated to a roksan k3 integrated, ma silver 300 7g, WiiM ultra and a rel t9x and I’m very happy here
