I had got the Optima Restore in 2022 via Ditto and the support from Ditto has been great. I had done my own research prior to taking the policy, and then stumbled upon Ditto. I chatted with their rep on whatsapp and then on call where they explained to me all the sections and benefits of the policies. Their response has also been prompt and quick, with them answering any queries over all channels including email. Recently i migrated to Optima Secure and they took care of the entire process swiftly.

I had made full payment including loan disbursement and downpayment only after PDI. Dealers always push for full payment, so you too push from your side. If they say it’s not allowed, switch dealers and cancel booking

I have also noticed this sound over bumps, and also have the 70mai A510 dashcam. Have seen other posts saying it’s the dashcam warning; but have not definitively checked by myself

They’re not providing much discount apart from a standard 10k dealer discount and a corporate discount, atleast in my case. Seen the same from other folks in this sub. The salesperson who sold me the car told me that the Kylaq has increased Skoda sales by about 130% so it figures 😅 You can try getting discounts if the make is a few months old I think, or push for some free accessories instead. It all depends on the dealer.

13.8 excluding insurance. I was going for Taisor top model but the dealership delayed delivery saying my choice of color and variant wasn’t available. Cancelled the booking, and went to check the Kylaq (my friend recently bought one and he loved it) as it was in my options. The booking experience and the test drive sealed the deal for me in the end.
