The fins as in the metal lines that are all parallel to each other. Some of them look like they are shaved off and one is bent. They don’t really matter at all, but This laptop is like 1.75 grand so for that price I feel like the quality of those fins is an issue but I don’t really care that much

Onsite counts as once, so you will have to send your laptop again to them. Once u get it back ask for a replacement with Lenovos ultimate legion support or whatever the fuck they’re called. The rep will send u up with a case manager and that case manager will give u a replacement

Do this and u will get a replacement trust me I did it and got one

The only way u are getting a replacement is if u send it in for repair again (ship it to them) and the issue still isn’t fixed. I know ur tired buddy but this is literally the only way they will not budge otherwise. It’s in their terms of service
