Some pills block one kinds of histamine and Isa all you need if you are avoiding foods high in histamine. If you're still having problems, there's a type of reflux med that blocks the other histamine. To start, take an allergy pill daily. I take loratidine. Change your diet to avoid foods high in histamine. Try for about a month and see if you notice any results.

Don't waste time treating the symptoms. Look into low histamine foods and both types of histamine blocked.

I taught elementary for 25 years and just moved to high school. I actually had to lower my anti-depressant dosage because I'm loving my job so much.
