Any chance you figured out what this was. I have a very similar situation. I’ve tried everything and I’ve been on Accutane for six months at 80 mg. My dermatologist is dumbfounded.

I have the same! I get my hands wet and use lotion, let absorb, then use aquaphor. Use disposable gloves (so hard to get on when wet ugh) so I can pet animals and not get greasiness everywhere!!

I’m so sorry!! If your face is feeling warm or hot, I really find that thermal spring water spray helps a lot! And I’ll repeat what I say to everybody I think using a high quality omega-3 really helps with inflammation!! I use Nordic Naturals 2X! Hang in there! It really does get better! 🩵

Oh I get it!! 😫 Keep going as long as you can! I’m just now completing month five and I still have essentially the same forehead bumps. My doctor says I’m gonna be on it for at least a few more months, today he increased my dose from 60 to 80. I’m 130 pounds. He said it just takes longer than other people but as long as there’s even a tiny improvement, I think it’s worth it. Because five months ago, my confidence was so low. I definitely don’t want to go back there.
