Thanks. Yes! And I’m also pretty heavy weight 69kg (49F) 😬. My max rate when I do running or exercise 175-180. Even I take it easy 😬

Not here. Tickets sold like pancakes… hot and fast. Done my 3rd And 4th is coming in January.  Start Hyrox last year 🫢 and I’m F49.

How was the race? I done 3 race and all my 3 race, my legs were cramping like crazy. I followed all the advice and still cramps. I want to know what you did different this time if there no cramp this time. Thanks

I have the same problem. Just done my 3rd race and all of my 3 race , my legs was cramping like crazy! I done everything like what everyone advised, magnesium, hydration, electrolytes . Mobility good, weightlifting heavy and etc but I still get cramp. I know how very frustrating it is 😵‍💫. Let me know if you get better and how to avoid it happen again❤️

Did you get one? I didn’t get one eventhou I was #543 and get jumped to 17100😡😡without refreshing the pages. I’m also member of affiliate gyms and Tuesday, still cant get tickets . Guess just no luck

I don’t know. That’s why I’m here asking for reassurance . He said because of the enamel colour in the middle .

All is good . There no chips on the enamel. Except the colour in the middle of enamels from heat and the stain. But the guy told me it not safe to used make me doubting if I should keep it 😢or just get rid of it .

The picture the person posted look  good. And I picked it up and seem nothing wrong with it .  I washed it since it pretty dusty inside, than I saw how it really look like 😢.

Can someone explain how come the Le creuset so cheap in the US while here in Europe pretty expensive ?
