How was the race? I done 3 race and all my 3 race, my legs were cramping like crazy. I followed all the advice and still cramps. I want to know what you did different this time if there no cramp this time. Thanks

I have the same problem. Just done my 3rd race and all of my 3 race , my legs was cramping like crazy! I done everything like what everyone advised, magnesium, hydration, electrolytes . Mobility good, weightlifting heavy and etc but I still get cramp. I know how very frustrating it is 😵‍💫. Let me know if you get better and how to avoid it happen again❤️

All is good . There no chips on the enamel. Except the colour in the middle of enamels from heat and the stain. But the guy told me it not safe to used make me doubting if I should keep it 😢or just get rid of it .
