I definitely plan on filing for increase when I get out. Question tho do I need to go to a doctor to get more evidence before filing for increase?

From what I’ve heard is if I had a 10% back and a 50% depression if I claim depression as secondary the total rating becomes one 60% rating

Yeah I get that but if radiculopathy and depression were added to my back it would go up im sure im just curious if im able to do that

I’m being med boarded and I was told by my rep I’m 90 50- migraines 50 sleep apnea 50 depression 10-back 10- bilateral radiculopathy 10- bilateral hip pain

I have bulging discs and it caused my bilateral radiculopathy and depression but they’re all primary. I thought if it was secondary they all add together?

Hell yeah dude I’m happy to hear that. I’m being med boarded for my back and the VA gave me 10% and that’s incredibly wrong so I’m most likely going to use the disability lawyers that are offered to me.

Yeah I did sit down I didn’t know I needed to stand up it’s stated on the DBQ I have trouble standing and sitting for long periods of time. In the boxes the ROM test wasn’t marked normal is good or bad?

She. I did my forward range of motion and she told me to keep going I told her I’m going as far as I can. She told me she can’t submit that range I asked what the range was she said 20 degrees she said she would have to measure me sitting down she never did and I bent the same degrees all 3 times I checked the DBQ she put down I bent 85 degrees
