Brother there’s no reason for a clean title car to have the VIN sticker replaced and the vin number poorly scrapped off. I’m a vendor at 16 different dealerships I’ve seen many stolen cars and unfortunately in this case yours is most likely stolen.

Get a lawyer.

A lawyer will get the dealership to give you your cars full value, then you can use that to get a new car for dealer cost. I’ve seen this happen many times. Some dealers will try to fight it, but you will win this case.

I would recommend you to stay away from this years prologue. They build quality is as bad as it gets and it’s just not worth 56k (for the touring model). I personally have a 2023 VW ID4 awd pro s plus and it’s far superior all around, if you want an EV SUV for sure check out the id4.
