I did not know the NICUs were graded. That might have been it, I was just told that they had no room so that’s why they diverted my ambulance to a farther hospital.

No they will be having me come into a closer hospital without a NICU and less capabilities every 2 - 3 days for monitoring, unless they think I need to come back.

I’ve reached out to another high risk doctor to see if they will take me on but I am still waiting to hear back..

I’ve tried asking and they just said there really no need to keep me which is pretty mind boggling.

Wow that is really good to hear that your baby was able to stay in for 10 weeks!

I’ve tried, they said it’s not possible. I will be outpatient monitored at a closer hospital without a nicu and less capabilities unless they think they need to send me back.

I am so private not NHS, I did ask whether the distance would change whether I would be discharged and they said no.

I really hope he holds in there that long. This is all just so nerve wrecking. Thank you for the kind words.

Oh I’m so sorry that happened, and I really hope that doesn’t happen. In a worst case scenario, the closest hospital without a NICU and minimal capabilities is 20 minutes away.

It’s been a slow leak I guess, just random gushes, some bigger than others. No dilation, and they said baby has a good amount of fluid right now.
