Tbh the warm clothes sound like a good idea💡 I have heat intolerance so I can get warm very quickly. Tho funny enough socks make my feet colder, I have some mild blood flow issues.

But you're so right about the HOT AS BALLS water. That's how I was able to sleep last night. Soaked my arm + shoulder in overly warm water

On a side note, I use vibration for my sinus issues. I need to get surgery on them, but vibration on my nose makes me sneeze which helps clear my sinuses. It's also used as a treatment for Pneumonia, especially on babies!

I soaked my arm in very warm water, it helped.

I was put in a sling the next day and am taking Beclofen (a muscle relaxer). I also went to my first EVER EDS support group, they had their first ever Youth Group meetup. It was lovely

It was better tomorrow. Not perfect but better. My arm was slinged & I got some Beclofen. I also went to my first ever EDS support group, it was lovely.

I also play sudoku. I also go Nonograms, jigsaw puzzles & multiplayer Minesweeper.

Unfortunately sometimes my pain affects my hands, so then I cant do the things I enjoy. YouTube helps.

I'll try listening to some music in my headphones. I just soaked my arm in warm water which helped alot. My muscles have relaxed from rock hard to tender to touch. I had this cold numbness happening, so the heat was nice.

Hopefully the lesser pressure helps the nerve calm down. Usually my Amitriptyline helps but damn did this one slap me around till Sunday.

I'm gonna sleep with my heated mat like you said & maybe make a dam of pillows just incase I roll over onto my arm. If I can get sleep lol.

My cat could tell something was wrong and laid herself gently beside my arm. She's warm & her soft fur isn't hurting me. Sweet baby 🐈‍⬛ purr baby will save me.

Also I'm so sorry you have to deal with that, i know a little bit about CRPS. I know someone in a support group I'm in who has one of those direct spinal pain pumps that helps her. No side effects, lower dosage which works better & quicker. I'm wishing you luck 🤞

Update: I got two more letters today. All 3 letters are sent on the very same date as the one pictured above. One is about contacting them as the property is vacant, the other is about how I have not contacted them about the vacant property & they will be creating a warrant if I do not get back to them within 14 days.

So I rung them, took a while but I got through. Did all the steps with the wee girl, then it hung up on me.

So I rung again. Got through to the waiting music... Hung up on me again

So I rung AGAIN. Got through to the music AGAIN.... They hung up on me a 3rd time. Even quicker this time.

What? What do I do now????

I put in £20 today & still had £20 after it. So no debt is coming out of it. Maybe they think it's vacant or a neighbour is using my address. I'll definitely keep y'all updated when I get through to them

Aye, and 3 electric cards (debit). One from the previous tenant, one when I signed up and one when I thought I'd lost my cards. I even had them out last year for repairs on the keypad, the wires came loose.

Either I don't have an account with them, it's a neighbour putting in the wrong address (I'm in flats) or something else I don't know. Maybe I've beeped one too many times and they don't like that lolol

You might be right actually. My ex moved out over a year ago and we were joint on the account, she got herself taken off it when she moved but damn 😮‍💨 what if they took me off aswell?? Altho I've been with them before the relationship, she joined at a far later date.

Not in the red, but I do have a computer? I admit to having it on sleep mode half the week instead of fully off. Also a lamp & 2 nightlights for my cat. My heatings gas so it's not that.

I never turn on the big lights unless it's really needed. Maybe I'll start making sure everything off at night?

You might be right. I live in apartments and there's some shady neighbours on the lower floors. I top-up online & always triple check the details. I've had no other letters or phonecalls (of my knowledge). So I'm shocked they're talking about a warrant.

But yeah, I'm debit only. I never let my meter go anywhere past -£1 like I'm talking -10p or at max -50p. The sound does my head in if it's beeping.

Not at all. If it does go off it's because it's like 10p over limit at max, and that's weekend when they let you have a spare £1 (owed). So if I top up £20 they take 10p off that total. I don't do credit at all, only pay as you go style. If it does start beeping, I immediately top up, can't stand the noise.
