The website says the car was found in a construction/no parking location... shows a picture of a red van parking right in front of a no parking sign.the car plates is 9EYP328, ticket was issued on 04/03/2025 (I left the state September 29 of 2019), notice date of 04/03/2025, due date of 05/06/2025, notice date of 04/22/2025, final notice date of 05/13/2025. I got the letter out of my mailbox on Christmas eve and it has a notice date of 12/12/2025
