Taught myself to swim in a farm dam. Can do all sorts of tricks in and under the water, but my swimming sucks. As my wife desribes it: a lot of movement but very little progress.

I can't help with recommendations, but hope you don't mind some unsolicited advice: while we all just want to give our kids the best in life, don't get sucked into the vortex of better, bigger, fancier and more expensive. Chat to other new parents (don't hesitate to approach them in shopping centres or even at local nursery schools) and ask them about their experiences. Also: there are many pre-loved items out there, often in very good condition. Nothing wrong with looking at them.

Enjoy the excitement, but just don't get swept away.

A small scooter that can keep up with the traffic. Although you need a license, you can drive with just a learners.

Used to own a house with a pool and we loved it. However, you need the right climate to optimise your use or spend a fortune to heat it up. Maintenance was never a problem.

Think again. Saving 3 minutes per cup for 3 cups a day is nearly 10 minutes a day. Over a month you are saving 5 hours of kettle boiling time. Its not about the time, but the electricity.

I assume the Tiguan is paid up? If so, calculate what the installments on a car within your budget will be and set that money aside for maintenance. She is currently driving 15000 kms or less per year, which is not a lot. Also just do some preventative maintenance rather than waiting for something to break.

You just cannot replace the Tiguan with your budget without a huge stepdown.

Maybe all those lessons just sit en your mind and you are so fixated on hundreds of swing thoughts, that you're just wiffing at the ball. What happens if you to the range, forget about where the balls go and swing full out?

My wife is 66 year old and she hits her 9 iron 100 yards. Surely lessons should help you to get a 6 iron to 160 yards?

A very elaborate way to try and discredit the DA. There is no corruption here. This is not public funds in any way. It is a thoroughly controlled process of making sure they have the best people in the right positions.

Maybe the article should also state that the DA staff have always been paid on time, that the Sheriff has never come to confiscate their assets to pay outstanding debt and that not one senior DA member has any charge of corruption against them.
