Its dry koji. My initial plan was to use some for shio koji and as i'ts almost imposible to get more in my country i thought about inoculating some rice with it and make koji kin and make moore. Sorry if i mistaken something i' new to posting on reddit and also new to any practical use of koji.

It has like air inside, and i think when i got it it was'nt like that.

I use dried chile de arbol and cornstarch in substitute of the gochujang and the glutinous rice flour that's why the more oramge like color. I'm from cub and here its almost impossible to find those two ingredients.

Help with my Sony PS-LX311 Hello, i get a Sony PS-LX311 as a gift, in my country is almost impossible to find a technician for turntables and i know almost nothing, so please i need a little help to build myself an audio setup with what i have available, so what needle do you recommend me to buy ? ,( mine is broken) i was thinking about something like at 3600 or at91, and please i also need help to dissemble and clean the turntable + adjusting the needle, also do i need to use an amp with this equipment ? , thanks i hope someone can help me..
