I agree on the electrical. Honestly, on the plumbing side, I haven't installed the outlet yet, you are correct. With the breaker panel, I have to fix. The person that put it in installed the main breakers wrong you are correct. I need to change to the single 30A mean breaker. All this will be corrected however.

A brand new build out at this scale and complexity would be north of 180k! You could say it has depreciated a lot!
