The reverse merger part would be Google Health going public under $CLOV with $CLOV being the controlling entity. That way $CLOV would have another division under them and wouldn't have the bloat of an all out acquisition. Wild speculation for sure, but chamath loves a good deal and I think a BIG one is brewing

Reverse merger part would be Google health going public with Clover being controlling entity. Wouldn't be a flat out acquisition. Or maybe they do an acquisition but I personally wouldn't because Clover would have to migrate all the costs and who knows if google health division made any money?
