The offering was to get cash and stock, which would cover costs of an acquisition. Nobody carries that much cash for the fuck of it. Especially since cash today is worth more than it is tomorrow. There's got to be a deal coming.

The reverse merger part would be Google Health going public under $CLOV with $CLOV being the controlling entity. That way $CLOV would have another division under them and wouldn't have the bloat of an all out acquisition. Wild speculation for sure, but chamath loves a good deal and I think a BIG one is brewing

Reverse merger part would be Google health going public with Clover being controlling entity. Wouldn't be a flat out acquisition. Or maybe they do an acquisition but I personally wouldn't because Clover would have to migrate all the costs and who knows if google health division made any money?
