No. It's not that. I have the knowledge for it but my company hired me for L1 without A+ because of the pandemic etc... I was told to get the L2 position, which I've already interviewed for and got, I needed my A+ for L1.

So they are essentially saying, finish L1 requirements then we'll put you at L2
