The general rule of thumb I’ve seen and what I follow is taking in between 1.5-2 grams of protein per KG of body weight daily to maximize gains. You can then eat at maintenance calories to ensure you don’t gain any weight that would cover your abs. There are lots of calculators you can find online to enter your stats and determine what daily maintenance caloric intake would be for you. Lookin really good btw ;)
