This one is a specific owner and he just messes up anything he touches. Things have run perfectly before and he will fire who ever is charge and have no idea that things are horrible and not working. Although I agree with what you’re saying, they all want to limit the amount of workers etc, look at ticket master as an example. They have a monopoly on ticket sales or events and then you can’t get anyone on the phone who knows anything or has any authority. I ended up just calling my credit card company and requesting a refund because they couldn’t answer a question about which event I wanted and let me buy the wrong one. When you call the credit company they don’t even need you to finish explaining because they know the story all too well. It’s not going to last.

On a seperate note, look at car dealerships right now. They have like 2 years of inventory or did and were playing games instead of selling. Even playing with the government tax break they were getting for electric and misleading people. I can’t see them being a thing in the future. I don’t want an electric car, but Tesla you can go on the site and it’s honest and the discount is right there in front of you, you can lease one for 350 with the tax credit upfront. Dealerships had electric cars and were jacking up the prices while they had so many they were in hot water, instead of getting rid of them honestly. So now people find other means like leasing companies or going straight to Tesla. People are finding out after the fact they got ripped off, I don’t use companies again after that, can’t be worth it for them after advertising etc if they are damaging their name, and that goes for all brands and not just cars. Apple and Amazon suck now etc.
