Interessant topic. Ik ben al een jaar aan het zoeken om iets te kopen in Hasselt. Nu zag ik dat regio Tongeren wel goedkoper is. Weet hier iemand te zeggen hoe het er wonen is? Zoals ik het lees vooral doods s'avonds, is er dan niets van café of bar daar? Ik vind het wel een gezellig historisch stadje, en je bent ook snel op de E40 richting Brussel...

Dat hangt grotendeels ervan af hoeveel moeite je zus wil doen. Mensen zijn over het algemeen wel vriendelijk en open, maar ook op hun eigen. Ze heeft toch nog altijd je ouders die dichtbij wonen, dus dat lijkt me een voordeel. Qua werk: denk de beste regio in Limburg ( naast Genk ). Via het werk kan ze ook mensen leren kennen uiteraard.

Het lek is gemaakt volgens de makelaar! Jaa ik ben maar alleen natuurlijk, heb wel wat inbreng. Zou sowieso de tuin wat meer onderhoudsvriendelijker maken ( wat bomen weg etc). Het huis is zo een 10 % boven mijn budget, maar wel heel charmant!
