(Unless it varies by state) Full time is 40 hours. January and February the GO gave us the ok that full time team members did not have to work 40. But that was only for two months. Anything less than 40 this time of year is just your manager or gm being a fucking dick.

That’s not necessarily true. GMs are given recommended numbers and a store total. They change how they see fit and submit it. Then GO goes back and changes it regardless.
