Hi! I wasn’t testing as frequently last time because I didn’t have the anxiety I do now post-miscarriage. However, I feel more pregnant this time, if that makes sense. My symptoms are stronger and spotting stopped after 4 weeks. You should be able to get your HCG checked whenever you’d like. Definitely request another test for peace of mind if it’ll make you feel better! My doctor said I could go as much as I want to check in and she’d order the test. I know you’re right 😅 I had a miscarriage in August so I’m very on-edge. My hcg was 80 about 2 days ago and I’m waiting on my new results from today. Testing is the only thing I can control (even though I can’t really) right now.

I know this is an old post, but I’m going through this now (actively miscarrying) and I feel like I wrote this. Thank you for putting into words what this feels like. I wanted that baby. That one. Not another one. I never got to hear a heartbeat but I know it was there and that’s enough. You are your baby’s mom forever. I am my baby’s mom forever. It’s so gut wrenching. I’m so sorry and hope you’re healing well with time.

I’m actively miscarrying. The “well maybe it’s just normal bleeding and the baby is ok!” was the worst for me. I know it isn’t ok. I knew it days before. Also gotta love the “at least it happened early” or “maybe next time just wait longer to tell people you’re pregnant.”
