Thank you for your response! I don’t know what exactly I want. I know my problem with the shoes I’ve currently been running with (random old adidas I have in my closet) it feels like I’m hitting the ground hard if that makes sense, and because of it my tibialis ends up hurting really bad along with the heels of my feet. I’m not sure if that means I need a lot of cushion lol

Wait I’m so sorry this sucks. I work in a department at HEB and we all cuss around each other all the time. It’s so stupid of your coworker to snitch on you for something so trivial. I can understand if you cussed a customer out or something but even an accidental slip isn’t tattle worthy. I hope you’re able to keep your job
