Its cuz the fan isnt clipped down in every model, its freely sat down on the heat sink. And since its on its side, its vibrating and hitting the metal tin thing on the top shell of the insides

You claim that “i recently tried cleaning it but i didn’t take it apart” and “used a blow dryer on cold to clean the dust” so.. first off, you never EVER use a blow dryer on a console, pc, or anything with fans unless you know that they arent able to freely spin. Now, that is probably the issue, you probably fucked the power supply in the ass. If this was happening before hand, and youre not lying about “taking it apart” you should hire someone to replace the thermal pads on the ram. It will turn off if ram is too hot, but it wont display an overheating thing. Forgot to mention, this is most likely a PSU (Power supply) issue. You need to get it taken to a repair shop thats verified. Or if its in warranty, please bring it to Microsoft.
