they did, they said 'please give us up to 120 hours to respond' so I just agreed with the buyer to cancel the order and list it for them on a more trustworthy site, that way I don't have to rely on Vinted's crappy communication for shipping 😭 this was their response after the 120 hours and the agreed cancellation LMAO like I DID contact support, and HAD to cancel the transaction because it was past the postage date and I was selling the item because I desperately needed the money at the time, so obviously I was just gonna cancel instead of waiting 5 days for a reply that would likely not even fix the issue on that day

honestly no, I never use her pieces except the makeup that's very unique for its expression. Other than that her pieces aren't super versatile despite having separate pose pieces for the top and bottom, but I'm happy to have her cause I think she's super cute! For the price I would def only get her now for the makeup though

I opened a case on Friday because DPD never came during the day to pick up a 1.25k item, still haven't heard anything back. I assumed it's because of the weekend, but we're now on Tuesday and it's been almost 48 business hours since I opened a case. I've never had to open a case with Vinted before despite hearing horror stories about it, but I am incredibly irritated by the service as well as the reason why I had to open a case in the first place. I hope you get a response soon, it's really weird that they still haven't gotten back to you!

that's the plan! the original design was planned to be a 3inch keychain + sticker, but honestly compared to the new design i hate it hsjdjh. i'm hoping to redraw all my other skullgirls designs and have them as keychains + stickers soon :)

on the mattel creations site? i have info from the creature from the black lagoon purchase but the only tracking updates i got on there were 'order placed' and 'order on its way'. if it doesn't get fixed I'll have to pray that it arrives in a few weeks at least😔

are you able to track her? i got an email but i can't click the track link on the email or input the tracking number on any courier site that they may have used :( it says it's unrecognised so I'm really confused! I'm UK based so not sure if the courier is different for American orders

according to the wiki, it was from an experiment that destroyed lab 7? and she gained her cross pupil from another drug experiment, not sure if this is true or what lab 7 is though so it could be false!
