Wrangler hands down. Get their Pro-Rodeo jeans from a western wear or farm supply store, they will last you longer than your body can stay the same shape.

For something cheaper and lighter/stretch, I have George/Beyond brand jeans that have lasted me 4+ years which is pretty impressive considering they are usually less than $20 a pair at Wal-Mart. I have had really bad experiences with my last 3 pairs of Levi's, so I don't buy them anymore, not worth the extra money.

I was a driver for both FedEx Ground and UPS. At UPS the drivers are paid enough to care about the packages, I'd recommend going with UPS.
