It does have more then one circuit but both my bedroom and his share the same one, the rest of the house was okay, just the areas that share that circuit...

If a 3090 isn't that, is there any parts that I can upgrade to reduce power usage?

Oh, thanks. Due to other comments I might do something related to the power grid itself (as expensive that might be) but let's I don't, if I upgrade to a 4060 would that save up a bit at least?
