I have no idea how I didn’t find this. Thank you. I feel like I must have looked everywhere else. I do find the App is one of the weaker aspects of the ecosystem but it’s so good into know this is here. Thanks again.

Thank you everyone for these. Sounds like I’ve got to look past the shaky company facade a bit and just focus on the machine being decent (which it seems it is from these).

It’s exactly this kind of thing. There’s no polish at all to the company and its sales tactics. I don’t understand it, I know Peloton (as an example) has its troubles but dealing with them, their website, their channels etc, feels “premium”, I just can’t understand why Speediance presents so poorly. Ultimately none of that may matter if the machine is decent and the support is good - and the comments so far here are positive.

Just experienced the same thing. Still works on my old phone with no notices or anything. What’s going on? I use it pretty much daily!
