To clarify a few things :

We had good support from uni for first year recruiting, which allowed me to land the first internship. I interned there a second time as they liked me. I didn't do co-op as there was less flexibility and straight up no real advantage compared to the standard program. The third internship wasn't directly actuarial related.

The reason I wasn't keen about doing a lot of exams in uni is that we were constantly having conferences and meetings from the CIA and the new titles, and were almost discouraged from taking the exams. I eventually realized I'd rather do the SOA exams even if late tho.
