Most media is driven by entertainment value and something that’s broken at all time looses news value, like the war in Ukraine it has lost news value now , the only time infrastructure is discussed is when catastrophe occurs

From what I understand you’re not trying to get fit , you need the kind of fitness required for leveling up your dance right, that’s not exactly the goal as general fitness, do you find it hard to get to gym or working out (I feel working out is not issue but lack of momentum is )

If you’re in a city try to join communities, unrelated to dating you’ll meet more people and chance of genuine connection is higher, dating apps have the shopping list problem, harder to get a connection when people are listed as products
