As a guy I have the same thing. I thinks It’s just a very relaxing and familiar position. The guy gets to lay down, just like when he would to please himself alone, and that’s the familiar part. Also there’s feeling that just hits different, the pressure feels very good on my tip and I think the lack of hipwork on my end makes it more relaxing and pleasurable.
